Booking a wine and food tour with BKWine
To book a tour, you can contact us by email or phone. Full details on how to contact us can be found on our contact page. We need your full details (full name, email address, home address) in an email, as well as the full details of any other people travelling with you.
We will confirm your booking by sending you an email with an invoice for the registration fee. This may take a few days since we are often travelling (by all means chase us up if have not heard back from us within a few days). Our confirmation email will contain all the information you need.
The booking is confirmed once you have paid the registration fee.
For most tours, we require full payment one month before the departure date. We will send you an invoice for the final amount a few weeks before the payment is due. Special conditions may apply for some tours. Details can be found on the respective tour programmes.
Custom-designed tours also have specific booking, payment and cancellation terms, agreed upon when booking.

Payment can be made by bank transfer, PayPal or credit card (through PayPal).
