If you’d like to really learn more about wine, why not sign up for one of our wine course tours? Because the best way to understand how wine is made is to visit a winery and talk to the winemaker. Walk through the vineyards, get a close-up view of how the vines are trained and pruned, and the type of soil they are planted in.
Go down into the wine cellar, and see what fermentation really looks and smells like. Taste from a variety of oak barrels and experience the differences for yourself. Take some wine samples into the tasting room and blend your very own cuvée.
