If you prefer something different to our scheduled wine tours we can tailor a wine tour specifically to your requirements.

Perhaps you want to travel with a group of friends, colleagues, business associates or customers. The tour can be focused on wine only, or it can be about wine but combined with other topics such as food and gastronomy (three-star restaurants, cheese making, foie gras workshop, oyster farms, ham production…), or other activities.

Tailor-made wine tours at all levels

We create wine tours for clients with varying levels of wine knowledge and experience, from those who simply enjoy tasting and drinking wine through to keen enthusiasts and wine trade professionals (eg. importers, sommeliers, restaurateurs, wine writers and journalists). Our tailor-made trips range from leisurely, wine-themed holidays to highly specialised, advanced level educational tours.

A tailor-made wine tour with BKWine is designed by people who know wine better than almost anyone (how many wine tour organisers do you know who have written several internationally award-winning wine books?) and who are also expert travel organisers.

Private wine tours for groups large and small

We can create a custom-designed wine tour for any number of people. In the past we have planned tours for just one person, for large groups of people, and everything in between. The size of the group is up to you.

All our wine tours are accompanied by a BKWine expert wine guide.

The BKWine tour managers and guides are wine and gastronomy experts. They also have expert knowledge of the local culture and language.

Custom wine trips of many kinds

Some examples:

Educational

Are you studying on a wine education programme? Are you a wine enthusiast who wants to go into greater detail on a specific subject? Do you have a team that needs to hone their wine skills? We can organise educational and training tours according to your specific needs. Read more about BKWine’s educational wine tours

Luxury tours

Are you looking for something truly extraordinary?

Thanks to our personal connections, we can take you to visit prestigious châteaux where others simply cannot get appointments. We can organise outstanding lunches and dinners at exclusive estates and three star restaurants, artfully paired with specially selected fine wines and rare vintages. And for the ultimate in luxury, you can stay in style at a fairytale chateau set in magnificent grounds. Read more about BKWine’s luxury wine tours.

Corporate events

Conferences, customer events, sales meetings, team-building camps: let us help you arrange your meeting in a memorable setting, with attention to detail and professional flair. From a small private party of selected guests, to large groups with special requirements, we can help you organise your event and ensure that it becomes a treasured memory for your guests.

Wine and food

Would you like to learn how to cook real Italian food and make your own pasta? Let us create an Italian wine and cooking tour for you. Or perhaps you are curious about how to prepare foie gras as the French do? We can plan a French duck workshop that will answer all your questions. Have you been dreaming about going truffles hunting and then enjoy a delicious wine and food extravaganza around wine and truffles? We can do it for you.

And naturally, in addition to the food and cooking, this kind of trip includes visits to selected wineries, giving you the opportunity to meet the winemakers and enjoy their wines in private tastings.

Tours for wine buyers and importers

Are you a retailer looking to refresh your supplier list? Keen to find up-and-coming winemakers and interesting new wines?

Talk to us about your requirements and we can design a trip to help you find the right growers to add to your selection.

If you’re a wine importer, we can devise a tour for your VIP contacts and customers, showcasing your producers and giving your best clients the chance to meet your valued suppliers, building and consolidating relationships along the way.
