It really feels very Italian when Signore Cassone receives us at the Bodega
Familia Cassone Winery in Mendoza, Argentina. The enthusiasm, the
engagement. And of course, the delicious wines.
Having the tasting amongst the fermentation vats just adds to the
atmosphere.
We also got a chance to see how flood-irrigation works. Important in
Mendoza!
