It’s an amazing experience to travel in the Argentine and Chilean vineyards. You will be seduced by the wine, but also by the landscape, the food, genuine South American cuisine,, the atmosphere. With the blue summer sky and the grapes getting ready to be picked, everything is set for a successful wine tour.

We will visit around 20 different wineries during the tour. In Mendoza, we will include a visit to the fairly new, and much talked about, region of Uco Valley. Here the grapes are grown at high altitudes, often over 1000 meters (3000 ft) above sea level. Many producers in Mendoza get their best grapes from the Uco Valley.
In Chile, we will stay in the small town of Santa Cruz, in the middle of the beautiful Colchagua region. We will also visit the regions of Maipo, Cachapoal and Casablanca.
Valparaíso, a historically very interesting city with colourful houses and unbelievably steep streets, is a must see that we will not miss. We will spend time in both Buenos Aires and in Santiago de Chile.
For even if this is a wine tour that does not mean that you shouldn’t do a bit of “traditional” sightseeing, go horse-riding on the Argentine Pampas, go for a swim in the pool, or enjoy a pisco sour (or two).
