Ottawa Citizen writes about Portugal as one of the exciting wine tour destinations:

Lisbon and the touristy Algarve on the country’s southern margin. The area has a distinctive cuisine — porco alentejana, a mix of pork and clams, is its signature dish — and is now developing its wine industry.

That’s one of the reasons why a company called BKWine has begun doing wine tours of the region. BKWine is headed by Britt Karlsson, a Swedish woman who lives in Paris and conducts tours in English (or Swedish … ).
